JMJ Aerospace has set-up a composite manufacturing facility. In short time, this facility already caters to Aircraft and defense applications. We are well experienced in fiber (Carbon, Glass and Aramid), Resin ( Epoxy, Phenolic, Polyamide) and core (Honeycomb and foams).

Composites are manufactured parts or assemblies made of synthetic materials that involves some level of fabric, strands or woven cloth layered on top of one another. By fusing those layers in a kiln, a new hybrid product is produced. Prior to kiln heating, it is essential that each layer is precisely positioned and sequenced with a high degree of accuracy. The complete manufacturing and assembly process ensure your finished composite products are accurate and precise.
